The Skills Empowerment for Opportunities & Self-Reliance (SEOS) program equips youth with the practical skills and confidence they need to earn a living and build independent futures. SEOS focuses on digital literacy, vocational training, and juakali skills that match current market demands, bridging the gap between education and employment.
Through interactive workshops and hands-on training, participants learn valuable trades such as tailoring, welding, carpentry, and digital freelancing. The program also emphasizes soft skills communication, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving to help youth navigate modern work environments and explore self-employment.
SEOS partners with local businesses, artisans, and training centers to create apprenticeship opportunities, ensuring participants gain real-world experience.
